Attempted to change my blogskin but failed. hmm. too free until dunno what to do sia. hahas.
Went to snip off some of my precious hair in the afternoon. short fringe i have. but its ok. i asked for it. haha. did some treatment for my hair at the same time. had been wanting to 'spa' my hair for v long already. hmm. so finally did. =) money spent. ahhh.
so lazy to blog recently. working my butt off ever since work started. life is quite routine again. but den i finished watching stairway to heaven( qiu tian de tong hua) n also zhuan jiao yu dao ai (starring xiaozhu n da S) nice shows! oh n i watched nanny mcphee today as well. more dvds pls come my way....
two 'omg' events happened during dis 3 weeks.
1) I attended 3 private driving lessons and den i stopped. n i even postponed my beautiful test date to 3 months later... 20-07-2007 no more. hais. y?? Do shi te???
This is because of 3 words: "Conflict of INTEREST" that my boss de boss says de. ya ya. i also think its kinda funny cos i working for the school yet i learning private. but den. they dun give us the benefits of perm staff n den?? we are only temp staff wad. if i wan to learn, i cant work. If i wan to work, i cant learn. joining school is out of the question. n quitting at this time is idiot. haha. so what's the plan??
- Join other driving schools de private instructor n continue working here?
- Stop work when school starts n learn driving. (yeah i chose this)
so did i make a wise choice? hmm. Friends, if u ever think of joining school for lessons.. haha. think twice.
2) HAS system. Hall Allocation System. i believe dis has been driving everyone crazy for the past week. definitely. it goes the same for me as well. i received a call from my fellow hall friend working in the hall office one night that woke me up from sleep. he asked me to go for interview the very next day. n yeah. i did. I ended work like 8pm n rushed to NTU after that. madness. i reached there for 15 min interview n reached home at 1130pm. hais. luckily i got thru the interview but den gotta sign a stoopid contract stating that i will be joining at least one sub-com n also play some games in inter-hall games n also involve in some charity shit. ya ya. all the dragon babies fault la. too many of them. hais. screwed up system.
mini gatherings here n there during dis period. yeah. supper at simpang bedok the other day after work! Nice! Met hi5 to celebrate boon n tricia bday on 23rd of may @ changi airport. we went fish n co n den dessert at swensens! not nice la. the fish n co. but den we ordered seafood platter for two to share among 3 of us n we ended up paying for seafood platter for one! uncooked mussels. lack of manpower. no good. but we saved money. 7 plus dollars for some of us wor!! go fish n co where got such prices! =P
oh. went to dis bar/pub at some ulu Alexandra Road de Lock Road. i believe its called 'Little Bali' n it's beside dis building called Villa Frangipani. Cabbing to n fro. expensive la. haha. drank some red wine too. oh went with our colleagues! cos there's this senior CSO gonna leave already. i bet there will be more going to leave...the grass is DEFINITELY greener on many other sides. i saw my ex hall neighbour Serene working there ytd. woah. cant imagine working there. super ulu. Met a noisy taxi driver ytd.
My mum is always complaining about me to me. haha. wad a mother. =P
